The other night I felt like a crazy person who could not stop eating warm bread and butter. Delicious rosemary sourdough bread with sea salt on it. I find that bread is something that can easily send me over the edge.

It's funny because if the only foods in the whole world were like, raw vegetables, I feel like there would be no such thing as binging. What is it about carbs!? What foods can send you over the edge?

(edit)

{A binge should be considered as eating out of control in large quantities; wanting to stop but feeling unable to. A good example would be eating an entire jar of peanut butter until your stomach was hurting, but you just kept eating.  }

Bread, corn muffins, corn bread, etc.
I never realized how much I crave carbs!

Also cheese, grapes, and soy milk. :/ A little odd.
Carbs = Suguar = Sugar Rush = Rush of Insulin = Sugar Lows and then Back to Carbs... the cycle continues.  I suggest reading Good Calories, Bad Calories... I've lost over 100 pounds and have more to go.  I'm on a low-carb diet and it's helped tremendously to eliminate the episodes of extreme binging I once had on carbs.
But to answer your question, my binges usually centerd on Oatmeal and Granola Bars!  OMG... I miss my carbs!
CEREAL

CEREAL

CEREAL

Oh, and did I mention CEREAL?!?! Any kind, any where, any how!!!

*carbs! AHHH!*

peanut butter.

if i have even 1 tbsp, i'll be eating 3 sandwiches and 5 oranges and 2 chocolate bars in twenty minutes tops.

I am a carb and salt fanantic.  Especially around TTOM.  I crave pizza and salt.
candy..it doesn't matter what kind.

i ate a bag of candy corns last night! UGH!
Chocolate, cheese, bread, pastries... anything sweet and carby! (Why couldn't I binge on something healthy, like chicken???)
I love chocolate covered pretzels! It's like the perfect storm of carb+sugar+chocolate+saltiness. Nutella turns me into a maniac too. I say with shame and memories of stomach ache that I have torn through a jar of that stuff.

anything chocolate is so hard not to eat

LOL me too elkitty!! Damn candy corn!
chips nachos chips fries chips oh did i mention chips?

My most regular binge food is actually apples...

But if I am REALLY binging usually ice cream, chocolate, and museli.

Chips and dip, probably the worst thing I could eat! I def crave carb/fat/salt combos! But omg, pita chips with spinach artichoke dip! Heaven, but ohhhhhh the guilt!
Oh yeah chips and dip are bad for me too
CARROTS!!!  I seriously can't stop eating them once I have one...
My moms fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. They are seriously the best cookies ever. Every time she makes them it is SO hard not to eat 10 of them in one sitting.

I binge on anything sweet.  Chocolate.  Chocolate chip cookies. chocolate cake. muffins with butter.  ice cream.  kudos bars. cereal.  raw cookie dough.  honey/peanut butter on bread/waffles/pancakes.

I also often go for chips.

Sometimes I have "healthy" binges.  I'll sit and eat apples, raisins, and fiber one. heehee

typically cereal is my worst enemy, of recent, candy corn, and typically crave either anyythinggg salty or chocolatey depending on the mood. tis most unfortunate.

worse part is that it can be triggered by eating anything be it a diet coke or an apple... like pringles says, "once you pop, the fun don't stop." seriously though.

my two worst...

almond butter

and granola.

random, but they're so addicting.  surprisingly not sweets for me anymore.
Oatmeal.
