no I don't...they say that it's even worse then drinking and driving...so scary

I used to, until I got an email forward about a young woman who, while texting, rear-ended another car at like, 70 mph, killing some children riding in its backseat.

Please. Please. Please don't do it.

No. Never have. Never will.

I did it once, in an emergency. Never again.

My sister admits to doing this.  I told her if I'm ever in the car with her and I see her doing it, I will smack the crap outta her.

Never have and never will.  I don't really text anyway...I prefer to actually call the person.  My sister does it all of the time...but not when I am in the car.

no, it's a rule i've made for myself! the worst i'll do is text or read a text while FULLY stopped at a light, but the second my foot is back on the gas, the phone goes down.

sending a text is just NOT worth smashing my new car, hurting myself, or even worse, hurting someone else! i've actually pulled over before because i really needed to send a text.

i do it all the time. austin is seriously considering a ban. will save the town from me.

wow, so i posted before watching the video. holy ****, that's pretty intense. they should be showing this to teenagers everywhere, i know my sister texts while driving.

I won't even answer or make a call on my phone while driving, people who text while driving should have their licenses revoked.

Yes, they should. It's so disturbing and so real. Very sad.

There have already been several teens in our area killed because the driver was texting and crossed the center line and most recently a teenage girl was killed when she stepped into the path of a truck while texting and walking.

 Me Too!

 obviously ME THREE!

DH doesn't wear seat belt and texts all day while driving. I have repeatedly nagged him until I finally said FINE if you're alone but if ME or the BOY are in the truck you better put that **** down, and wear your effing seatbelt becasue I am NOT GETTING BEATEN TO DEATH by your dead body if we crash.

It doesn't make me mad at all.

A friend of mine back east died this past June because a 20 yr old woman texting her boyfriend slammed into her going 70 while she was waiting with her directional on to turn onto the road she lived on. She died almost in her own yard in front of her 17 yr old daughter.

Rest in Peace Marie

that would make me SO mad!

i always harass my BF to put his seatbelt on when he's in my car.  i never even thought about the danger to me if we were to crash without him wearing it. maybe that'll hit home with him!

Jules: You have a new car! Doesn't it bing annoyingly until your passenger puts their seatbelt on? Mine does. . . I hate that bloody binging.

Too bad it doesn't "bing" when you pick up a cell phone! :)

hubby's truck bings every couple of minutes.

he has tuned it out.

*pull hair*

Very good video, I hope that they air it on television regularly. Very well done to the actors and film makers.
