Today I weighed in at 138.8 and I just want to SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS!!! It has taken me 8.5 months but I have lost almost 40 pounds and I am only 8.8 away from my goal!!! I don't think I have seen the 130s since I was about 13 years old. I cannot believe it.
There have been many bumps along the way, and a few months of losing nothing at all...but here I am 40 pounds lighter. Everyone hang in there! Your hard work will pay off!

Congratulations! 130 is my goal also, currently at 180, started at 193 about 10 weeks ago. You're doing great, and almost there!

thanks everyone!!! I just thought that everyone needs a success story once in a while. I got stuck at a few plateus , a couple months where there were no changes and when all is said and done, I have been extremely successfull.
I started out at 178 in January, and never thought I'd see the 130s but I hoped for it. And here I am...in 8 more pounds (so I am assuming another 8 weeks or so) I'll post a before and after shot...I can't wait for that!
