I went out for the apple chimicheesecake at Applebees since I was very good while on vacation.  And I think this counts as a REAL treat.  Cheesecake with apple bits (that makes it healthy, right?), wrapped up and deep fried, topped with carmel and sugar and served with ice cream....... I did share it with the hubby, so it's only half a gazillion calories. :)
I had six hershey's kisses today, within my calories. Threw out half an apple in order to eat the last two. :)

Reminds of school when a kid would say "I got an A+ on the test! whats my reward?" umm, your reward is getting the A+!

Eh, I treat myself as I go. If I really want to eat it, then I will and I'll just build it into my allowance for the day. I agree with Chad54 in that your weighloss should be the reward and perhaps you should give yourself non-food related rewards like buying a new purse or getting a manicure or going to a movie (it's getting expensive these days so I count the movies as splurging!)

 

Its my birthday and I will be having chocolate ice cream and not a small serving!  Then I will have some wine!  Being sensible can wait until tomorrow.

I'm having chips, salsa, ceviche and beer tomorrow.  I CANNOT WAIT.
Its my birthday today too!! And I too am going to treat myself with a large bowl of pralines and cream ice cream.....Mmmmmmm and then maybe some Ice cream cake from dairy queen. Haha I'm craving ice cream! :)
1/2 cup of Breyer's icecream, so good, and so satisfying (I will fit it into my calorie range however) ...but i eat icecream about once or twice a week anyways...i get calcium, and a treat (it serves double duty)

I dont reward myself with food... If I want something thats considered a "treat" I dont deprive myself... I fit it into my daily intake. 
Happy Birthday bethanyy and On_my_Way!  don't know what ceviche is, but if you eat it with chips, salsa and beer, then it must be good.

I don't consider it a real birthday without ice cream.  And it's part of the fun of summertime. 

I do better when buying a cone or some other one serving thing, rather than buying a quart cause then I hear it beckon me from the freezer and I lose control and eat it all.

I'm trying SO HARD to break the barrier and get down to 184, so skipping any treats.  When I do get there, I love the personal size DiGiorno, thin crust pizzas, (700 cal) and then just figure it into my day.

having something like that keeps me from losing my mind, when I get bored with my daily, roasted chicken and plain veggies.  I love that stores have more '100 cal pks' of things.  I get a taste without losing control.

I'm thinking a margarita would taste good.  Wish I could buy a single one serving to have at home.
I don't like sweets much [weird I know] and I hate fattening food with an intense burning passion . [ha]


But when I indulge myself, it's usually in a pound of grapes.


I love grapes.
