164th Pound LOST as of today.....

I still find that number staggering and when I say 20 pounds to goal it is just hard to fathom.

It has been a long road of 7 years and lots of set backs but I held the course and have pretty much lost a little more than an entire person.

I greatly appreciate the support of everyone here and the friendships that have been forged.  I would have never seen this last effort come to fruition without the support of many folks but C-C has been a stronghold for me.  Thank you!!!

Wow!  That's awesome!!!  Very inspiring for the rest of us.  I lost my first 20 pounds as of today, which I'm THRILLED with, but all along I've been wondering how hard it will be to stick it out for another 32 pounds.....your photos are great.

How do you feel?

I feel awesome and even better am a totally different person.  I am not afraid to get out and be who I am without the fear of being judged for who I was on the outside.

Best of all, I am healthy!
