me too. Right now I'm looking at my daily logs for June, when I lost 8 pounds. Maybe I'll try to duplicate what I did then.
I'm feeling your pain, Geoffrey. I'm also on a long plateau. I'm just trying to stick to what I've been doing, mixing up calories day to day, and hopefully this will have to break soon. It really sux.
I've been stuck too.
What seems to be helping is changing up the routines. This is annoying, because having a routine is what helps me stick with the whole healthy plan at all. But it's also the routine that your body has gotten used to, has adapted to, and on which it has adjusted its burn rate to STOP the fat loss.
So varying the caloires helps.
And varying the exercise helps.
Instead of having one routine, I have to have 4 routines. And each day I do a different one. Sometimes I'll do the same one 2 days in a row, but no more than that.
I am finally starting to see some inching down on the scale. My body doesn't want to give up the fat. But it's going to. It might have a million years of evolution on its side, but I am clever and crafty and I have Calorie Count on my side!
Once you provide more details about your routine, maybe we can help you come up with some variations. Hang in there!
Oh, and when the scale pisses you right off, that's a great time to exercise. Use that anger energy to get what you want.
