Thai Peanut Chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Peanut Chicken

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup water
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 lb chicken breast, cooked and cut into strips
12 ounce rice noodles

Recipe Directions for Thai Peanut Chicken

  1. Cook noodles as instructed on package.

  2. Lightly coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray, then heat skillet to medium-low. Add peanut butter, soy sauce, water brown sugar and garlic to skillet, stirring frequently until the peanut butter softens.

  3. Toss the chicken with peanut butter sauce and noodles.
