I reached my goal weight on Tuesday! I weighed in at 124.8 and my goal was 125. I lost a total of 17.7 lbs since early September. I was NEVER able to lose weight before and with the excellent tools and support and knowledge I gained from this site, it was actually FUN. So THANK YOU CC.

Congratulations! That is a great accomplishment. I know what a struggle it can be; I am just 12 weeks out from my goal and still on track.

haha, really trhawley? That's awesome...so I can eat whatever I want from now on?!
Just kidding, I know what you meant and I'm definitely prepared to continue this lifestyle...before this lifestyle I was very ignorant about the ways to eat healthy and I was eating FAR too much then...now I know and I'll always know, so I have the motivation to keep the lifestyle healthy and within a normal amount of calories (I think i'll end up maintaining about 1800-1900 a day, give or take a few...that way on days i don't work out i can make up for it with the days i do work out).

sweet2silver: definitely entering all my foods everyday...seeing how many calories I ate is a real motivator. I will probably continue doing that forever (I'm very big on 'knowing' why or why not i'm gaining weight, and seeing the numbers). Otherwise I loved the fact that this site gives a general number of what i burn and what my bmi is and all the forum topics were an incerdible resource for anyone trying to get healthy.
