Well I have been calorie counting for 5 months and have never had a day I out ate my burn meter, in total ive lost 50lbs and counting. Not today though! Im not too worried about its thanksgiving i definitly wish i could have had more self control but I ate like the old days -.-. I even woke up and did a double cardio work out session but 5k calories is hard to overcome. I promised myself i would be strong but once the table was set all that went out the window Here is my damage report! GRAND TOTAL atleast 5,200 calories consumed!

Didnt plug in my nums yet but did great with everything except dessert and it was 100% worth it!

It looks like I'm at 3000-3500. I started my day off w/ a nice run so even though I'm over my cals, I think I can make it up. I thought it would be a lot worse than that!

My Thanks Giving eatathon was on Wednesday. I think I consumed around 3-3.5k. So I either hit balance or a bit over.

After battling every ED imaginable for most of my life, I had my first Thanksgiving of normality. I ate what I wanted and passed on what I didn't. I just had a snack, am totally satisfied & I'm clocking in at 1300. Yesterday I was a starvin'marvin' & had 1700. I am so endlessly thankful for today.

Gosh today was soo immensely bad when it comes to controll. mentally im fine i know ill be back on track even if it sets me back a couple lbs. Its unfortunate i have a ton of family in town so we are staying up late playing games and just had a little round 2 Needless to say im up to close 2 6k now  ; (

Don't know how many calories but ate whatever I wanted for dinner. Skipped lunch. Ate turkey, ham, noodles, stuffing and mashed potatoes and then 3 cookies and 2 pieces of cheesecake for desert. One a year and it was good!!

I took in around 4500 or so calories yesterday, but it's OK. Once or twice a year is no big deal and it was worth every bite.  We had a special day with good food, wonderful friends and family and I cherish each moment. We have a roof over our heads again, clothes on our backs and food on the table. I have so much to be thankful for.  

I didn't count the calories but I'm sure I'm OK. 

I had:

an apple for breakfast w/PB

We had Thanksgiving dinner at 5:00:

turkey breast w/broth, rutabaga w/ pat of butter, homemade stuffing w/veggies and apple, 1 roll dipped in broth and a small wedge of sweet potato pie. 

it was delicious and I didn't/don't feel a bit guilty!!!

1600, I'm actually kind of shocked, i thought i had more but what i did was skipped my two night snacks and i was fine, I'm so glad cause i had a second helping of mash potato with gravy, it was just too good.

I decided not to count, but one of my worse days ever was around 5200 calories and even though I enjoyed dessert and some candy, my home-made desserts were sugar free, low to no fat and I did smaller portions. So I'm not too worried overall.

The worst thing I ate; the turkey neck, liver and some brie....

Today I stated out with a 30-minute elliptical spin and 30-minute work out with free weights burned around 650 calories according to the HR monitor....

I'm declaring that the days between the feasts, parties, etc will be excellent days and that way, I can enjoy the others without guilt; at least not as much! Tongue out

i figured that since an extra pound of fat is worth 3500 calories, I'd have to really, really work hard on thanksgiving to move the scale a little in the fatso direction.

Then I thought about how Thanksgiving comes around once a year, while I can diet and exercise every day.

So I went to town yesterday. hahaha I didn't measure, but I'm sure it was pretty epic. Today I weigh less than I did yesterday, tomorrow maybe I'll weigh a little more. 

Totally worth it...can't wait for christmas and new year

not sure how many cals I had. I might've taken just a little too much stuffing, but I still think I did pretty good. 2 pieces of bread with 2 cheese cubes (appetizers), then white meat turkey without skin, lots of steamed broccoli, and stuffing for dinner.

I can't even try to estimate a calorie count, all I know is that I was up 2 lbs last night, and up 1 this morning. just water weight, I think/hope. nothing that can't be fixed.

I ate about 2500 cals, but I'm still not worried because I spent 7 hours working at a busy supermarket right before the meal, and still got my proper defecit.

I took some of everything.  Thankfully there were two vegetable dishes that I ate first.  I only ate half my mashed potatoes and dressing, but didn't want to throw it away in front of my hosts, so I put it on a plate along with the leftover turkey, came home and disposed of everything but the turkey!  The deviled eggs got me though.  I had 4 halves.  Devil made me do it!  There were chips and salsa there and I only ate whole ones so I could count them later.  Two Hershey's kisses and 3 jelly beans were the extent of my damage.  Not too bad, could have done way worse. 

i had a normal calorie day yesterday. I'm just not a big fan of pie i guess lol. Today is a new low weight got me, 195.4 so i'm pretty happy about that!

About 2200 calories. (Just 200 extra calories for me) :]
But, hey, its a Holiday!

I wasn't planning on logging food from yesterday but curiosity killed me and I had to know. I had two dinners, one at home, and one with the fiance. My goal was to not eat until I was uncomfortablyfull but thanks to some champagne, I think I just didn't notice. For a grand total of 3,121. Although I assume it is somewhat higher then that, I am sure there is some nibbling that I mentally blocked out of guilt! Lucky me, I have one more dinner tonight with the fiances Family, I'm sure today will be somewhat of a crises also.

ham with raisin sauce , yams with brown sugar marshmallows and butter , cranberry sauce , potatoes made with half and half and butter plus brown gravy , green beans with slivered almonds , 2 rolls w/ pat of butter , 2  smallish pieces of pie with no fat topping.  I almost forgot the stuffing!  Total is approx. 3,000-3,500.

OMG I had a blast!!!  It sounds and looks bad but damn it was so good!  I just said I have to enjoy this I worked too hard on it not to!
