That's where all my weight goes...

... or at least that's where it's more noticeable.  All the fat seems to congregate around my waist.  That's where is more noticeable.  I understand that I won't be a V shape, those guys with a tiny waist and broad shoulders, and I'm fine with that, but I wish it weren't so evident.  Oh, how I wish spot-reducing was not a myth.  I guess I don't really have a question.  That's it.  Just an observation.

...and men too!  Cry

Actually I loose on my stomach first, but I have a really hard time with my arms and legs. My arms are still insanely flabby :( And try to tell my mom spot-reduction is a myth. She swears I should do more arm exercises.

Mine goes straight to my lower abs, love-handle/muffin top area.  It's like a stubborn band of fat that won't go away!!!!  Seriously, I've lost 25 pounds since January and I'm basically at my goal weight of low 130s, but I STILL have the flab in this area.  It is so much more noticeable to me now that the rest of my body is pretty tight.  Therefore, I will continue to try and lose a few more pounds and exercise until that fat disappears.
