Thats it! Binge-free day #1 starts today!

Quote  |  Reply

After binging the night before yesterday and having an all day binge yesterday, I've had a horrible, rough night yesterday and couldn't go to school today... I hate to sound like a whiner - its my fault I did it, but I am going to fix this once and for all.

I used to be anorexic, to make matters worse, I'd never stuffed that many poptarts, that much bread, and protein bars down my gullet.  I could definently use some binge buddies that I can message if I get the urge and any tips on stopping a binge would be fantastic!  NEVER again, binge bugs, NEVER again am I letting you run my evenings.

Musicalfishmich,

My goodness i had no idea it was like that, im sorry. But seriously love, CONGRATS! your doing great! Its really good that your getting help too. I can sympathise with the feelings of self hatred, shame and suicide. Not fun at all. The past 8 days prooves that you can most deffinately overcome this!

Thank you for your reply.  I feel stupid now for even asking in the first place haha. I guess i still have the disordered thinking coming through which is whats making me classify my night time eating as a binge. But yes, i really should overcome the fear of eating properly throughout the day.

Goodluck to you sweetie :)

xx

Congrats everyone on the not binging!

Binge-free days #2 and #3 have been completed, which is especially exciting because on both of those days I ate trigger foods and managed to get myself under control and go for a walk, instead of pouring three more bowls of cereal :)

kickass fotc! :]

Binge-free day #10

*big melodramatic sigh...*

That's too bad..you were doing so well!

At least you're not giving up, which is key.  Good luck!

I'm going to join this if you all don't mind. I have mega binged three out of the last four days and am trying to learn how to just maintain. I either restrict or go so over the top I feel sick. So Tomorrow will be my first day.....hopefully!

I feel your pain...I feel like maintaining is almost harder than losing...for some reason the second I eat more than 1500 calories, I feel the need to eat 1500 more...it's taking me ages to eat get up to maintenance cals!

Also, binge-free day #9

ah fotc you should be so damn proud of yourself! :]

aaand success with my new attempt at binge-free day #1 :\

binge-free day #2

binge-free day #10

binge-free day #3

yesterday was binge-free day #11

I somehow managed to eat delivery pizza, doritos, peanut m&ms all from bulk packages without going over my limit or binging on them...something that would have been impossible about a week ago :)

Everyone is doing so well!

Day number 1 again! Had a bad day today for some reason...not triggers but...still upset! I managed to eat a regular dinner rather than punishing myself and skipping though....why is this so hard???

Well done to everyone!!! You are good at motivating me!!! (apart from today!) : )
