theres a peanut butter kitkat upstairs...

Quote  |  Reply

ok, theres a multipack pf peanut butter kitkats upstairs, and the more i try and not think about them, the more my mind wander over the delicious creamy chocolate and the savoury crunch of the peanut butter....

doesnt help im trying to revise, and the more i read about sedimentology, the more my head is shouting "peanut butter kitkat!" at me.

im not even hungry!  seriously considering throwing them into the brook outisde my window.... lucky ducks.  but i have a feeling being in close proximity to the chocolaty goodness my resolve would weaken and 15 seconds later id wakeup and find some empty wrappers and chocolate round my mouth.

any one else trying not to think about that "special" food? or am i alone in this one lol

Mmmm...peanut butter kit kat. So lovely but so not worth it.

Here's some motivation for you:

I used to eat a peanut butter kit kat every day. And THAT is why I'm here needing to loose the weight.

You can still have it!  ...as long as it fits into your allowance.  Every day I have a chocolate brownie...I think I've only missed a few days and those days I missed them, I had a fun sized hershey bar instead!  (...and I've lost 40 pounds so far...)

You can fit anything into your calorie intake (...within reason...).  Why shouldn't you have one?  (one!)  :)

Put them in the freezer, makes it harder to eat and you'd be more apt to savor it.

ps:  If you're gonna throw them in the brook, let me give you my address, you can mail them to me instead! Laughing

hehe, tatjanaturtle, she said there was a whole packet, share!!!  :o)

It is hard to resist sometimes, I'm the same, is there anything that will put you off your craving? Brushing your teeth perhaps?  I've found that chocolate doesn't go with a really strong cup of lemon tea, I'm drinking that at the moment whenever I feel my resolve weakening.

What about eating half?  Give the other half away, I do that in my office too, I used to try and "keep the other half for tomorrow" but it never happened, i always ended up eating 300 calories instead of the 150 so now I just make work friends by giving away chocolate.  :o)

Freezing is good too.......... Rolos are great for that, suck them and they last ages.

oh man, i caved lol.

one peanut butter kitkat and a choc cookie down. oh well, ill just do more at the gym later!

i love the idea of freezing them! its great, that way i have to defrost it in advance of eating it, so no instant gratification! lol

i dont know why i brought them, but next time i think i should try and make sure ive had a choc fix before i go shopping and see the multipacks!

i dont think i could stop at half, the other half would look at me in that chocolaty way... the come hither look
