Week 1 Challenge: Walking Challenge
WEEK 2 CONTEST (Starts May 28th): Cardio! Try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio. Walking doesn't count! So basically that includes every machine at the gym, weight lifting, running, sports, cycling, DDR.
Weeh 3 Contest : Water Challenge. Drink the most amount of water or beverages with less than 5 carbs and no fat per serving. Water in food does not count.

I have been overweight since about the 1st grade, even though before then I was so skinny people would joke that my mom never fed me. Basically I want to lose weight for my birthday, July 13th, 2007, senior pictures (I hate my fat face) October 2007, and Senior Prom, May 2008. I want to go to prom in a dress that is fashionable and nice fitting, not the only dress in the store that fits me. I also want to lose weight to boost my self esteem. While I know that losing weight will not make me totally happy, it is a start. I started my lifestyle change on September 1st of 2006 bys imply walking home from school. I then started walking home from school and intense walking at the park everyday afterschool. I even convinced my mom to get DDR for me. I started at 219 lbs. In about 3 months I had lost about 30lbs. But then the holiday season came. I gave myself every exscuse in the book. "Its the holidays and it a tradition to stuff myself. I'll exercise twice as much to work off the extra food. I'll start over on New Years." None of these things happened. So basically I gained back 10 pounds in two months. Then I lost 5 of the pounds, and then gained it all back. Right now I have gotten back down to 193 lbs, but again I have been falling off the wagon. Whenever I get stressed I eat, therefore I eat all the time. But day by day I am working on it. It seems like it does me more harm to deceive myself by coming up with excuses. But calorie-count helps me with that. SO THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR THE MOTIVATION TO KEEP ON TRACK!

Hi all. I'm 22. My goal is to get to my goal weight before my wedding on November 10th. I have about 50 more pounds to lose before that happens, and I have lost about 17 pounds so far.

dreamcruz: OK! My Name is Laura and I am 32 yrs old. I have a husband, 2 children of my own and 1 stepson who is 18( he currently does not live with us). I am 220 and I did weigh 240 when I started CC on Feb 23. I am 5'5. I run a daycare and only watch 2 kids. In the middle of june I will be getting 4 more kids to watch! They are all under age 9! I want to to weigh at least 150 but I am just shooting for 200 by July!

My friend is visiting me over this weekend and we are driving to different places.. from Fri (05/25) till Tue(05/29).....Yes, we'll be walking..a lot..But not specifically as in treadmill or roadside cardio..and I won't have access to internet..during the travel..I guess..! Will see..Just so you'll know.. that I don't get blamed for being a non-active member..! :(
However, I'll try my best to still complete my challenge for this week/next week..
