I'm afraid to even click the link.  Let me live my life without being exposed to such nonsense!
OH GROSS!
I dunno.  Doesn't sound any worse to me than the "crunch berries" in Captain Crunch cereal.  Those are basically fruit flavored corn puffs, right?  I'm not saying that I would buy any if there were to appear on the shelves of my local megamart, but I wouldn't start puking at the very thought of them.
Actually, it appears to be strawberry-yogurt coating type stuff on regular Cheetos.

Is it just strawberry yogurt covered over a regular Cheeto puff? Or is it strawberry yogurt covered over a cheesy cheeto? If it's over a regular cheeto puff then that's fine. I see nothing wrong with it. It's just a sweet puff stick. There are definitely other flavors out there covering "puffs".

Now if the strawberry yogurt is covering a cheesy puff... then that's a bit out there for me.I couldn't imagine how that would taste like.

If it's a strawberry coating over a regular cheesy puff, that sounds kinda gross.   I  mean, fresh strawberries pair very nicely with a good gouda or camembert, but this isn't exactly gourmet snacking here.

Over a plain puff - I guess it might be more palletable, but I still gotta wonder at the concept.  Strawberry yogurt just wasn't crunchy enough for somone?

Not a big shock.  Probably an influence from Israeli snacks known as "Bamba".  From 1970 they've had this snack with fruit flavored crunchy things.
you know this morning i was thinking to myself about cheetos. the regular crunchy cheesy cheetos make me gag. the red hot cheetos make me want to stuff my nose with some sort of hot glue to make the smell go away along with carve my eyes out with a spoon at the sight of them. i never thought it would get any worst! who in their right mind would eat cheetos, much less eat STRAWBERRY cheetos. the thought upsets my stomach

the reason for being so obnoxious towards cheetos is kinda funny. so in 3rd grade my class went on a field trip on this old pirate type ship, ya know like in pirates of the carribean. so we go out into open water and the seas were very rough. kids were barfing left and right over the sides. i to eventually started feeling sick, so im lingering by the rail trying to hold in my lunchables pizza lunch when my friend comes up to me with a bag of hot cheetos. she says to me "here have some cheetos! they make you feel better!" while munching on a cheeto. she puts the bag near my nose and the smell was enough to set my insides lose and throw up everything i had inside me. since that day i have never been the same.

anyway sorry for the random cheeto story. cheetos in general are just gross.
Made for the Japanese market, they have a much more open sense of taste than most of us.
It looks and sounds a little bit like pocky and yan yan- biscuits with different yogurt-y coverings. They're actually delicious.

ick!

=^..^= MOLLY

eww, that DOES sound nasty!

might as well come up with some kind of 'ketchup-cheesecake'  or maybe some 'powderd-sugar meat patties'

:/
Ummmm..... I just clicked that link.  Let's just hope they keep that in Japan and not bring it here to the US.  I mean, I like Cheese and Fruit - sometimes even in the same bite - but that just doesn't even sound good in a chip - cheese puff meets strawberry yogurt - YUK!
Even if it's just a plain Cheeto dipped in strawberry yoghurt, they still look gross!

mmmmmmmmm FD&C Red Dye No 3, 5 & 12!

Wash all those chemicals down with a nice Ice Cucumber Pepsi

awww, but not in the US!

i dont see what everyone is getting so disgusted about. it'd prob taste like strawberry cap'n crunch

Well I like pocky and thats a pretzle covered in straberry flavored yogurt so that doesnt sound that bad.  A lot of stuff the japanese eat we think is nasty or weird but their food is awesome.  Idk I'd like to try these.

Love Eun Chan

In the bad old days, I loved Cheetos, aka cheez doodles.  The saltiness, the weird orange stuff that stained whatever it touched, the pure unnaturalness - although not the crunchy ones, the puffed ones only.

So strawberry?  As a cheetos flavoring?  Heresy.

that just sounds wrong.

I have enough old vices that I'm trying to ignore, I do not need new ones...that does sound gross enough that one would have to try it once just to see.  Tongue out
