I never see thigh measurements, so I'd like to hear yours and if at all possible waist/hip too. Mine:

Waist: 24 (yay! dropped a .5 inch!)

Hips: 34 at widest.

Thighs: 18 at widest.

Just posted these measurements in my n00b thread, but here goes again:

Waist: 28

Hips (or, in my case, mostly gluteus): 36

Thighs: 20

Waist: 24.8

Hips: 36.6

Thigh: 21.3

 

Needless to say, I'm a pear.

waist is 25

thigh is 19/20

I'm 21  5'4"

38-27-38 with 21" thighs  just had a baby a month and a half ago though :/

Hi guys! For starters, I'm 17 but pretty much 18, I'm a newbie here so I haven't done a thing yet and frankly, I'm terrified of this tape measure LOL

Here goes!

Bust: 34 in. (Normal I'm guessing)

Waist: 32 in. (OMG that number hurts)

Hips: 37 in. (Well I am African-Canadian so I'm allowed to have a butt LOL)

Thighs: 22 in. (OH sugar honey iced tea.  I don't think that's cute)

Height: 5'4 (Meh.)

Weight: 125 lbs (5 pounds less wouldn't be too bad)

Alrightly then! Major wakeup call for me.  But I don't know a thing on how to get started so can I please get some advice?  Something tells me that if I lose the tummy, that would help the overall weight.  And crunches are NOT doing it for me at all... 

I don't know how to keep track of my calorie intake or where to find good calories to begin with.  So I'm just gonna send out a general SOS for help 

I'm 5'8", 130 lbs

Bust: 35 in

Hips: 37 in

Thighs: 22.5 in. Seriously scary. I pretty much have enormous thighs and I hate them!!

waist: around 23.5, i have to get back down to a 22.

My biggest goal right now is just to flatten my stomach and tone my butt/thighs. Of course I'd love to tone everything else, too, and lose a few more pounds, but I'd be satisfied if I could just get a firmer tush and legs again, like I used to have when I swam competitively (I quit 2 years ago).

Edit: These were my measurements on Tuesday (it is now Friday). I measure once a week.

Waist: 28" (Down from god knows what)

Hips: 36"

Thighs: 21.5"
