mine are 54cm that is 21.3 inches and they're HUGE! Especially because i'm only 5'3 and 117lbs.
I guess i'm helplessy pear shaped. I'm in a normal weight range and i could be contented with my bmi of 21 but my legs are so big compared to the rest of my body.

What I want to know is who the heck has thighs tiny enough to wear designer jeans??? Because I thought my thighs were tiny, at 18 inches... .but I can't squeeze into them.
Thats weird because I always find designer jeans to fit the best! Miss Me, Hudson, and Heaven & Terra in particular. And from my experience, I usually need a size smaller than I am in department store jeans. Weird!!!
I buy my jeans mostly at JC Penney. Usually they are Arizona. Also, I get some at Express. They fit best.
Undertherainbow - You apparently do not carry weight in your lower body. At your height and weight, my thighs are 22-23 inches. Squats are little relief for someone that bulks up in the thighs...mine only get even bigger.

I'm 169cm (i think thats about 5'5"..??)
86 kg (about 190 pounds)
and both thighs are 67 cms... thats a whopping 26.5 inches!
Ugh. I hate thighs, although i'm curvy all over with typical hourglass shape so the big top balances out the big bottom.. well thats what i tell myself ;)
I've been doing squats and gluts exercises to try to tone thighs/butt, but it have noticed they've got bigger.. mainly becuase i think the stubborn fat covering them has not gone down as much as the muscle has toned.
I think its safe to work hard with weights in this area, even if you have a potential intial increase, becuase when that fat comes off i want them to look toned with really nice muscule definition... :)

That's a whopping 85%! I have always known I had big thighs though, maybe that's why I liked horse back riding so much! :)

Hello?!! 29 inches here!! That should make all of you feel much better! LOL
Mine are 20.5"... I'm 5'7" 120ish and my waist is 26". I think they've actually grown recently, probably from all the horseback riding & running I've been doing. If someones thighs are big, it may be because of muscle, not fat- depends on their body type, where they store fat, and body fat %. But if you work out a lot (cardio) then you will probably lose weight/fat and your thighs should slim down :)

They are about 20.25 - 20.5 at the moment.
For sure I can't afford to lose anymore weight. I desperately need to lose BF% (although I wish I can point my body to shed it there first -.- ... ). I am trying to find balance of cardio and weight because Iam so boney on top that if I do too much cardio it will just makes me more skeletal on top.
I do leg workouts squats/lunges and it helps tightened the musles there. Bulking up? Hm.. not that I can see so far. As long as I am carefull not to add more fat% into my body. I got muscles on my thighs, but also fat ..*eech* .. *poking the blubbers there ...*
My goal is 19" (that is not even too much to ask is it? ... ), but I would be overjoy with 19.5" :)
Anyone with similar body structure and have found the right exercise balance or eating balance please please PM me. Or if you are in the same journey, feel free to buddy me. Thanks! *hugs*
At the moment I am shifting my obsession from trying to get rid of those fat (else it drives me nuts!). So Just concentrating on doing regular workout and eating good.

I"m 5'5 and right now my lower thigh is are 19.3 inches are the top are 25.7 inches when I started exercising and cutting calories my lower thighs were 25 inches and the top(I didnt take the top measurement till like 3 weeks into this) were 26 inches.
I have been keeping track of all my measurements, including thighs. When I started my diet, I was the largest I had ever been in my adult life. At least now I'm about 40 lbs lighter (still have a ways to go)... my last measurements were earlier this week. I probably should have waited as my TOM kicked in the day after!! All that bloating.. UGH.

Maybe I should just not eat anymore! Im 5'4 with 20.5 inch thighs. I spend my days walking my dog going to class and sitting around reading. I thought I was thin! I think everyone should go look at some artwork from any period before 1960....EVeryone will feel much much better. And I'm sure that a time machine will be invented in no time.
i'm 5ft 4.5/5ft5 and weigh 183lb, my thighs are 27" or 28" depending on the time of month, i tend to retain almost a stone of water toward my period :-(

Mine are currently at 261/2 down from 30! and id give 2 inches off my waist for an inch off my thigh any day i hate my legs!!
20.5". They were 21" a week or so ago, but I don't know what they were when I was 155.
They just look so stupid with my muscled calves. Up to my knees I look great, and then BAM, puffy. Capri pants, yes.
