Hi i am 5,3 and am at 143lbs right now and i am having a hard time not eating at night as i am 4 months post partum. i always justify my eating b/c i am breast feeding. i hate that my thighs rub together, i hate that i have a big belly, i hate that my arms are super flabby and i hate that i can't control my stupid night eating. Baby or no baby i have always struggled with food isues.

However, thongs that i love, i love my two sweet boys, i love that i have enough milk to feed my baby andi havea  great family and a husband who says i have a hot body. he usually says that when he has been out with the boys and ahs had a few beers, so he can't see straight-ha ha.

help!

Just think of all the positives you'll see in your body as you continue to try to lose weight.  And more importantly, think of the positives NOW about your body because there's not point in beating yourself up over something that you can change! :)  And give yourself some slack! You're only 4 mths pp...Good luck!

5FT 3 and 143lbs is onli the very tiniest bit overweight, you have nothing to stress about, 2lbs and your within a normal range

Just think, a few pounds too many is a small price to pay for a beautiful family. Plus I bet your husband appreciates the curves you have, my sister just had a baby and has no problem showing off her larger "girls" :P You are strong enough for your children, just enjoy the now, there is nothing more beautiful than the sacrifices and struggles made by a mom. One day at a time!
