things suck sometimes.
i used to be a calorie-count. fanatic. i was on this site everyday, until i finally (and thankfully) met my goal weight. During this time, i also had A LOT of new experiences (i know right) including meeting a guy that a really liked. Unfortunatley, things didn't work out... and it was really emotional(i know, it sounds so lame) and i ended up forgetting about taking care of myself physically because i was too busy trying to get healthy mentally. So i somehow found ymself from 129 to 140 !? over a period of 4 months too. it's quite sad, because i am once again uncomfortable with my body. I know last time the reason i really got through it is because i had a "friend" on here that i could message when i was having trouble keeping on track..wondering if anybody was interested?

my weight has fluctuated between 120-140 for the last couple of years so don't worry too much about the weight gain. plus, you have a whole community to back you up this time. feel free to message me whenever you'd like. we have similiar stats so i'm sure we could give eachother a lot of good advice. ps- i haven't met any "friends" on here either, so i'd like someone to talk to too. write to me whenever you'd like. :]
