The one thing I really miss doing is going to the amusement park, I am 310 right now and I am not sure what I need to lose to go back, I am thinking I need to be under 200.. The thought of riding a roller coaster again and feeling that happiness I felt will be a HUGE motivater.

oh no i didnt think you were complaining i am sorry i am a jerk i was trying to  not sound like i was being a whinner  i offer to pray for everybody i am a dork like that but no never did i once think you were complaining not making a very good first time impression i am sorry but yeah i feel like when i tell people about my pain issue i feel like i am complaining it is just my genectic makeup lol always worry i am putting some off lol

You can do that.  Just start by walking out to the street and back.  Tomorrow walk across the road and back, then half way down the street and back...just do that..a little bit more each day.  Push yourself a little.  Be ready to be a little sore.

I hear you.  I want all those things, too.  Especially not having to arrange my fat rolls when I lay down to sleep.

i will try that thanks i think i always think i have to do a large amount of walking when just a little each day will help me get stronger thanks for the tip

You just have to decide if you want to be a pretty Playboy Bunny or a fat round fluffy bunny!   When you are deciding if you want the celery with low fat Ranch dressing or the fried boneless chicken wings (like at Applebees) with blue cheese dressing (1700+ per serving) you close your eyes and think of yourself in the pretty Bunny outfit!

You can do it!!!  Start taking weight off and doing flexibility exercises to get some flex back in those joints!

They make pretty little outfits in 4X larger, and I have a few.  My hubbie thinks they are sexy.  But I want some that have no x's in the size!

lol yes that is great that can be your goal to be a pretty bunny good goal

OK, you will have to do it the hard way like me!  We will have to take off a lot more weight.  That means doing it by eating a lot less, then when we are slimmer we can do the E-thing.  Meanwhile, add what activity you can, even if it's some isometrics or whatever activity you can...add a little more as you lose.

I know how hard it is.  I do my exercises on my bed.  I started out just bending my knees five times each, now I can do 30.  I started out doing 1 crunch...now I can do 15.  I started doing 3 leg lifts, now I can do 30.  Over the last 3 months I have slowly added one more a day...if I skip a day, it is so hard to do it. 

I can get down on the floor now, so on weekends I do more exercises while watching TV.  I wouldn't want you to see me get up....I have to slide over to the couch and struggle up to my knees (which hurt less now and I can stand it) and raise myself up onto the couch to rest.

I am getting stronger and I can walk longer...but I am by no means Jillian on the biggest loser.  (or even a contestant on it)  But I AM adding more activity and getting stronger.

Aha.  There is a little reward for yourself.  Save up (I can see how hard that will be, but you can put your frito money in a jar) and when you get enough go to a massage therapy school.  The senior students are very good and need the practice at a very good price.

It can be a treat for yourself.  My daughter is a massage therapist so she comes over and immediately starts working on those "marbles", I have them too and she zones in on them and starts hurting me...but it does help to get some of the tension out...especially where my shoulders hurt from working on the computer.

You are no dork for offering to pray for people.  It is thoughtful and a giving of yourself to others.  You just pray for me to your hearts content!!! So don't apologize for that.

Most people won't mind, and those that do will most likely tell you so.  They can't help you praying, most people just don't want to hear about it.  You can do as you like as long as you don't bug people.

It does work.  I am one of those who thinks a marathon is better than a stroll, but then who would take care of my husband when I am laid to rest?

i will if i fill good when i pray for others it is very i dont know how to decribe it but is is very warming and i will pray for you thanks usually people dont like to talk about that but God is how i made it this far and with you guys i really think i can lose this weight

I have this picture of Ann-margaret when she was young in a slinky pretty outfit and I look at it every night and imagine my face on that little pretty body.  I imagine myself dancing like her.
