pleaseee do not do the adkins diet, first it is for yo yo dieters meaning what ever u lose ur likely to gain it all back and some moree not good or healthy, i have been reading an amazing book called the china study, they have stated that the adkins diet is very harmful to the body, if you just eat 5-6 small meals a day mabye 200 cals or 250 each and waiting 2 hrs between meals is a much better route you need to make sure ur not starving because it will slow down the metabolism, but if u eat small meals threw out the day it can keep u satisfied and will keep your metabolisim going, please do not do the adkins diet, and if you enjoy learning about nutrition and health i sugesst reading the china study..

idk if this helps but as long as u dont go on a that diet, then i know i have. :)

i agree,. atkins diet WILL work in the short term, but you WILL gain the weight back soon after and isnt dieting about long-term health and wellness??

I just tried to Atkins for the second time. It does work, but it is so very difficult to keep at it for a long time. It really isn't a long term way of life. Not for me anyhow.  I just couldn't keep eating eggs and salad day after day either. I like to have variety. I think that healthy weight loss takes time unfortunately Frown

Keep at it and I'm sure it will pay off soon!
