If you feel the need to binge than you're over restricting in general.
Eat more, and on sundays have a maintenance day.
If im not mistaken, you're recovering from an ED, or you've just recovered. you need more food, as you said, you're trying to go about this the right way, so why arent you?
How much are you eating normally?

If you only want people to answer in a way that is acceptable to your needs (whether those needs are unhealthy or eating disordered or not) then you are not following the guidelines of these forums.
These forums are not here to cater to (primarily) young girls who can't be bothered to use a Google search function and just want someone else to tell them how to achieve what they want without having to actually face consequences of their actions.
If healthisinplease is correct and you are in recovery, then involve your real-live professional nutritionist and doctor and see what they want you to eat on Sundays -- then you won't have to deal with all our pesky and interfering well-meaningness on this site.
