the thought of chicken is making me sick
Hello,
I'm 20 years old and currently trying to lose about 15 lbs. to get to my goal weight of 130 lbs. I am on the LA Weight loss diet and after the holidays, I decided to get back on track. The only problem is, I cant even think about chicken. Lately, the smell or even the look of chicken makes me sick. I cant even manage to choke it down. The minute I put it on my plate, I feel so queasy. I dont know what to do because eating lean proteins like chicken, is so important. Any ideas?
Try cutting chicken up in small cubes and mixing it with a sauce or pasta. Sometimes the a tast of something else can hide the tast of something you'd rather not eat. I'm not a fish fan, but if it be incorporated with another taste/sauce, it helps when "choking it down."
