thoughts on Weight Watchers vs. CC?

Just interested to see what people think and the advantages and disadvantages of both. I happen to like this better than ww. It seems easier and more logical.

Like come on people, weight watchers WANTS you to have vegetables, it wants you to do good and be healthy, just because people take it too slack isn't WW's fault ... I mean I don't love it but the system is good and does work and I lost a butt load of weight eating whatever I want.  I don't find it's a life long thing either, I can blindly eat in a day and just know that it's under the point limit.

That was all the point I'm trying to make, weight watchers does everything right, it's just that everyones interpretation messes it up.

Not being able to maintain the weight is with EVERY SINGLE DIET OUT THERE, even the calorie count system.  Unless you turned into the type of person on here who eats vegetables 247 and nothing else and only want to eat that for the absolute rest of your life.

*laughs* of course you're right.  I know it was me that messed it up lol.  I guess I just felt jilted because I was forking out good money, and got no support... It was ME who fell back into my old habits 0_o

i did much better on WW, this time last year, lost 3 lbs in the first week, and 2 lbs steadily every wk after.  I've been on CC only 1 wk now and have lost nothing.  maybe i'm not logging things right.
