they don't necessarily have to be your top three least-favorite foods, or in any order at all, but just three random foods that you really, really dislike.

three that come to the top of my head are:

  1. dark chocolate (SO gross).
  2. cooked carrots (i love them raw, but hate them cooked).
  3. walnuts.

2- potato chips

ooh, if only I hated these as well!!

and chocolate

life would be so much easier. and my waist line slimmer.

I make up for it by loving tortilla chips waaaay too much. Bags of corn chips run away screaming when they see me approach.

1. HAMBURGER PATTIES. just the thought makes me want to vomit.

2. Ginger. Once had a bad experience with ginger travel sickness tablets.. lets say i would have puked less from the travel.

3. Mayonnaise, I can taste it a mile off!

A lot of people have an aversion to tomatoes don't they! Its weird. I know a lot of people irl who do too. I eat 'em like apples :D

     1. Saurkraut - or just anything with cabbage in general. My family loves it with kielbasa (also equally disgusting), and the smell is AWFUL BEYOND BELIEF. My mom even mixed it with canned spinach one time... just unbelieveable.

    2. Canned, processed, and "mechanically separated" meats - Hotdogs, bologna, Spaghetti O's, sausage, SPAM, deli-style and cold-cuts... actually those "veggie dogs" and vegan ham creep me out too.

     3. Salmon and Crab Legs - I can't get over the "fishy" smell. Vegetarians don't really need to worry about such things though - you can still get your Omega-3's through other sources. Funny thing; I HATE the smell of salmon, but still haven't been able to stop craving tilapia, mahi mahi, tuna, and shrimp. I almost bought some the other day from Whole Foods (sustainable, right?), but I didn't. I still can't bring myself to eat fish, no matter how tempting.
  • Mayonnaise- I've hated it since I ate solid food. The smell- and the taste- disgust me. That cuts out tuna salad, potato salad, deviled eggs-- anything with mayo I can't stand.
  • Cold tomatoes- weird, isn't it? I LOVE room temperature ones, but if you slice it then put it in the fridge it is SO BAD. EEEWWWW.
  • Ranch Drssing- The smell makes me want to gag.
