Three pounds from goal weight, but still flabby?

So I have three pounds to go before I hit 150, my goal weight according to standards.  However, I still do not feel good about myself, well not as good as I thought i would feel.  Does anyone have any suggestions.  Am I still flabby because I lost so much weight?

Why dont you try some toning and just give your skin time to bounce back. I have lost 44 lbs and am almost at my goal weight and I am still flabby, my plan is to tone and continue with cardio. I am trying to change the way I think about myself because I think I still see myself as 167lbs. So give it a while and take progression pics and soon you will see your skin bouncing back and you will have picture to copare to.
This is a good example of why just dieting and cardio isn't enough (sigh) muscles need to be built and doing a little toning a few times a week will def increase your muscle mass and self image.... also this is a great example of why u shouldn't only be reading the scale! :)
how tall are you?? If you're 5'9'' or taller, 150 sounds great to me!!!
