I'm sooooooooooo pissed, I"m so mad! okay this is my 3rd month of this lifestyle change,I started may 29th. The week of july 15th I was down to 182(I started at 190) and then my stupid period came and i bloated up to 185, that was july 21...now july 29..it's still there! I'm still working out at least 5 days a week, and I just got my thyroid checked to make sure it was working right and it is.

WHY IS THIS STUPID STUFF HAPPENING TO ME. Everyone is telling me I'm 'probley' gaining muscle, you look differnt you look toned..I'm still in the same size I was in when I started! how am i toning up and getting smaller, but gaining muscle, but not losing enough to even go down a size. urghghhhghgh. I really want to start trying diet pills, I tried one for just women 2 years ago and it worked, but I didnt change anything else so when I stopped talking it I gained it back so maybe it I use some now with everything else I'm already doing I can actually lose weight.

If you have good insurance, ask your doctor for a refferal to a nutritionist.  They will work with you to pick a goal weight, a target calorie intake for your size and activity level, and meet with you along the way for support, progress, and to answer any questions.  Much more helpful than this site even is!

In the meantime, maybe tell us your age, weight, height, and typical calorie/food intake, and someone is sure to help!  (though, you already provided your weight and age :D)

And hey, if you feel healthier by exercising like you do, take that as a good sign for now, and continue being healthy.
I"m 20 and I'm 5'5 and right now I weigh 184, I do about 30 mins of cardio 6 days a week, and often do some ab work, and I ride my bike every once in a while.  I dont know what my caloric intake is..today I had a banana, a bowl fo tuna with crackers, a smootie(strawberries, yogurt, soymilk, icecream) and then I had a bowl of icecream with bananas

I know...not the best eating today...
Well, good or bad, try to use the tools on the site to track your calorie intake for a week or two, without changing anything, then see if it's higher than it should be for weight loss.  According to this site, you use 2000 calories sitting on your bum all day.

If you find that you take in that much, or near that much after tracking calories for a bit, try to cut back little by little (100 calories/week) till the cut back, and exercise combined gives you about 1 pound of weight loss a week.  Once you hit 1 pound a week, slow down the cut back if you want to lose more (up to 2 pounds a week).  This site gives general/average calorie usage based on weight/height/age, that is the reason for the slowly cutting back, to find what works for you.

And don't worry about the junk... I had doritos, and cookies today :-o  Oh no-z!

You're going to have to start tracking your calories and seeing what you're eating.  You are probably not eating enough or not getting enough nutrition or you're eating too much...hard to tell if you don't have the numbers to check.
