Thundercloud Subs - Help

I'm going there for lunch today and was surprised to see they have Thundercloud Sub's listed here on CC.   A large turkey was listed as 356 or something like that.. but do you think that's excluding the mayo and cheese?

Not familiar with the restaurant, but if it's something you have to add in or request specially, then no, it's not included- estimate how much you used and log that separately.

I mean, they have the large turkey listed on this site but it doesn't say if it includes the cheese or not... not sure if I this is just the bread, veggies and turkey?  I'm guessing it is though...

Because your select read "Low Fat Pick" I would believe it does not have mayo or cheese on it. 

If you go to the companies website they have this posted under Nutrition:

Vegetables, mayonnaise, mustard, cheese and ThunderSauce are left off unless specifically noted or are part of a recipe.

I would now say with certainty that it does not have the calories listed for the mayo, cheese or even the veggies.

Duh.. I didn't think of going to the company website!  Thanks.. I figured it wouldn't include that.

Heyyy reppin' the ATX! Thundercloud has a lot of nutrition info on their website... but I am obsessed with their carrot cake and they don't list the info on that. Let me know if you see it anywhere!

 Oh man, the carrot cake and brownies..mmmmmm.. They won't be on there because for some of the places, their are made homemade by this tall red headed lady... but a lot are now going to prepackaged stuff... I know that the one on 183 and Anderson Mill (in the little shopping center in front of the old looking HEB) still has them homemade from her.  Oh, and Amy's ice cream is near by - - but we won't go there! haha

I must hunt down this tall red headed lady and get her to sell me a giant 13 x 9 sized carrot cake! And Amy's is so addicting... I always get a waffle cone with mexican vanilla and reese's & chocolate chips crushed in. YUMMMM. I love Austin!
