Tilapia with Sweet Peppers Recipe
Delicious tilapia dish
| 1 | tbs olive oil |
| 1/4 | cup red onion, chopped |
| 1 | red bell pepper |
| 1 | yellow bell pepper |
| 1 | green bell pepper |
| 2 | tbs garlic |
| 14 1/2 | ounce stewed tomatoes |
| 1 | tbs worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | tbs balsamic vinegar |
| 3/4 | tsp dried basil |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 16 | ounces tilapia |
- Heat oil in nonstick skillet or wok over medium heat. Add onion, eppers, garlic and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes with their juice, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, basil, salt and bring to boil.
- Add fish, cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
