Tilapia with Sweet Peppers Recipe

Delicious tilapia dish

Ingredients
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 tbs garlic
14 1/2 ounce stewed tomatoes
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
3/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
16 ounces tilapia
Directions
  1. Heat oil in nonstick skillet or wok over medium heat. Add onion, eppers, garlic and saute for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the chopped tomatoes with their juice, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, basil, salt and bring to boil.

  3. Add fish, cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
