According to the Tim Horton's site...

1 Serving Iced Capp
300 Cal
15 Fat
- 8 Sat Fat
- 0 Trans Fat
50 Chol
85 Sodium
41 Carbs
- 0 Fiber
- 40 Sugar

Not sure how big a serving size is but that's what the site says...

8 is small, 10 is regular, 14 is large and 20 is extra large - the numbers are on the brown, plastic lids - these are Canadian sizes - as with most items the sizes in the USA are larger than the Canadian sizings

thank you
180 With Milk and 300 with Cream... lol You didn't specify so I just picked one...
The information is on the net.   There is a nifty tool called google that you can use to look things up.  Many restaurants have menu info up on their sites.  Note that american and canadian menus often different in calories and overall nutrition.

Learn to do things on your own and you can make this last.  Keep relying on others for information, and you will always need a crutch
She did look it up. Tim hortons nutrition info is just cryptic. lol. Im pretty sure a medium is 10oz. definitly get it with milk though :)
Hey about Timmys, Did the expand to the States?

i go on this site to back up my information and to see what others think, not to crutch i did look it up, but i got 4 diff answers. so i was seeing if anyone actually knew, thanks everyone for helping, well most of you
If you really want something like that..just blend up something urself...like 1 cup skim milk, ice, h2o, some Instant coffee and splenda of course.  Wont be as good...cause Ice Cap are sooo tasty..but they are really high in sug, cals etc.  Or just request with Skim milk next time.  And always.....Forums are for asking questions...:)
Yes, Tims has started expanding to the states. Not quite sure how far though
You an get Tim Hortons info when you logg your foods for the day. Click on  Cafe/Bistro and then scroll to the Tim Hortons (US) site.  It gives info for both US and CAN.
I've been there I was trying to log a small french vanilla from Timo's but C-C only has a 10 oz size. I didn't know which size is 10 oz. Thanks for C-C helpers.
I've been wondering this too and I went to their website...they have a downloadable nutrional guide to all their items, and a phone # for things not listed there.

Really cool tool. Check it out! Btw, a large iced capp is roughly 20oz...they fill it past the cup but the cup size is 20 oz. =)
I worked in a coffee shop...  The nutritional information that is listed is usually for the smallest size, unless otherwise stated.
the canadian timmy ho's website has a really good nutrition tool where you can add in things you would normally eat (either in a meal or in general).  i added everything i usually eat there and i keep in my car.
