Hi Everybody!
I'm new on the site, and so far I'm enjoying it.
I want to set a 20lb weight loss goal for myself, but everytime I do that I end up failing. I noticed that setting small goals, 2lbs a week like in the biggest loser, I will most likely succeed on my weight loss efforts. So far so good. With 2lbs down, I want to see who wants to join me on a weekly weigh in 2 lbs at a time.
Current weight: 143
Goal Weight: 125
Next week's goal weight: 141
