Time to make use of your tomatos, peppers and cucumbers from your garden

Here is one of my favorite low calorie summer time salads.  I've been making this one for several years now and everyone loves it.

4 medium tomatoes, chopped into bite size pieces

2 green peppers, chopped into bite size pieces

1 cucumber, pealed and sliced into bite size pieces

3/4 cup fat free Italian dressing (I use zesty Italian)

Makes 6 servings at 51 calories per serving.
