Just pick one time a day to weigh, like when you get up in the morning, and stick to that.  Everybody fluctuates about 1% up or down.  Your body isn't a static weight, but trying to track it like it should be is enough to drive you crazy.  I would log as 108 and only weigh once a day, if that.

I weigh myself in the morning, but I think as long as you weigh at the same time it should be pretty accurate :)

i'm not trying to lose weight - just wondering what number i should use when i'm considering my bmi etc

btw thx for the replies!

In my opinion, you will get the most accurate number the first thing in the morning before you hop in the shower since your weight fluctuates throughout the day (depending on what you eat and how much water you retain).

I can guarantee if a person wants to weigh the less each day, weigh after waking up, since the body burns calories while we sleep and we also lose hydration.

no.  you can guarantee that if you want to weigh less each day, you should weigh after waking up.

a study with one subject provides lots of data about one subject, and nothing whatsoever about the population as a whole.

Best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning. So get out of bed and step on the scale.

I agree with madenis, however, I always pee before i weigh myself (I'm sure I would weigh like 1lb more if I didn't...)
