Start weight: 85kgs
Started a 15 minute walk this morning. Yep its a start to this exercise lark... then I did some exercises for 20 minutes this evening. ![]()
Ate a lot less food today as well... so I have eaten around 1200 to 1500 cals today.... ![]()
Have to work up to drinking water which I hate. ![]()

UPDATE: I weighed myself this morning and I have now lost 7kgs = now 78kgs
Plus I also measured myself for the first time since starting this weight loss program and getting fitter. I have lost 1 inch off each of the following places in this past month: Thighs, hips, waist and bust. &n bsp;   ; 5 inches in total have gone. Wohooo!![]()
Day thirtytwo: - One month
Breakfast: I had 2 weetbix (cereal)
Morning tea: 1 apple
Exercise: 8km walk with a friend, around Mission Bay along the Waterfront of Auckland, NZ.
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich on Vogel Bread.
Afternoon tea: none
Dinner/tea: Roast beef salad. (with lettuce, egg, tomato, cucumber)
Supper: 1 pear.
Fluid intake for the day: 5 cups of tea and 400ml of bottled water.
I'm think I am still well within my 1200 to 1500 calorie daily intake today. ![]()

Breakfast: I had 2 weetbix (cereal)
Morning tea: 1 pear
Lunch: Salmon salad sandwich.
Afternoon tea: none
Dinner/tea: Roast beef salad. (with lettuce, egg, tomato, cucumber)
Supper: 2 little cupcakes - My weekly treat!
Fluid intake for the day: 1 cup of tea. 2 HUGE glasses of water.
Exercise: None. Very sore and tired after yesterdays long walk!

Breakfast: I had 2 weetbix (cereal)
Morning tea: 1 pear
Lunch: 3 Asparagus rolls, 1 salmon sandwich.
Afternoon tea: 1 biscuit ( a treat at a function I was attending)
Dinner/tea: Roast beef salad.
Supper: 1 apple
Fluid intake for the day: 1 cup of tea. 1 glass of water.
Exercise: A short brisk walk throu my local shopping mall.

Day thirtyfive: - One month 4 days
Breakfast: I had 2 weetbix (cereal)
Morning tea: 1 apple.
Exercise: 1 hour on the treadmill, 5.0 speed - 4.92km - 641 calories used. I upped the setup today by walking 10 minutes on a 6.0 incline, then 10 minutes on the flat, then 10 minutes on 4.0 incline, then 10 minutes on the flat, then 10 minutes on 2.0 incline and finally 10 minutes on the flat. This brought the pulse rate up to 98 max but the lowest was 85 pulse rate depending on what level I was on.
Lunch: Salmon sandwich.
Afternoon tea: 1 pear
Dinner/tea: Roast beef salad.
Supper: 2 crackers with Cottage Cheese on it.
Fluid intake for the day: 2 cups of tea. 600ml bottle of water.

Afternoon tea: Dairy food yoghurt
Dinner/tea: Chicken salad. (with carrot, cucumber, tomato, rocket)
Supper: 2 crackers with Cottage Cheese on it.
Fluid intake for the day: 2 cups of tea.
Exercise: A short walk around the local shop.

Dinner/tea: Roast-beef salad. (with carrot, tomato, lettuce and Egg)
Supper: 2 crackers with cottage cheese.
Fluid intake for the day: 300ml bottle of water.

Day thirtynine: - One month 8 days - No weigh in this week - Next week!
Breakfast: I had 2 weetbix (cereal)
Morning tea: 1 apple.
Exercise: 1 hour on the treadmill, between 4.5, 4.7 and 5.0 speed - 4.85km - 536 calories used. I mixed up the setup today by walking on a different level inclines of 4.0, 2.0, flat, 2.0, 3.0, 1.0, flat, 2.0, 1.0 and finally on the flat. This brought the pulse rate up to 90 max but the lowest was 78 pulse rate depending on what level I was on.
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich.
Afternoon tea: 1 pear.
Dinner/tea: Roast-beef salad. (with carrot, tomato, lettuce and cucumber)
Supper: 2 crackers with cottage cheese.
Fluid intake for the day: 650ml bottle of water.

Afternoon tea: 2 wafers with cottage cheese.
Dinner/tea: Roast-beef salad.
Supper: Couple of vegetarian snacks
Fluid intake for the day: 2 X 650ml bottle of water = 1,300ml water.

Supper: 2 crackers and cottage cheese
