How many times a week deos everyone weigh? I'm obsessed w/ knowing ym weight so 1 week seems like a lo-o-ong time but i don'tl ike everyday b/c weight fluctuates.

Actually, I do weigh-in every day - precisely becuase my weight fluctuates daily! A weekly weigh-in could upset me out if I weighed in on a day when I was retaining water or something and it looked like I'd gained weight over the week when actually I was doing quite well.

Sometimes, for fun, I weigh myself a few times a  day - like, when I get up, the after using the toilet, then after breakfast, then after doing some excercise ... I don't do this in an obsessive way, just to see the way different elements can affect what the scales says. Who knew a bowl of berries and some tea could weigh so much!

Anyway, that's just me - if you're someoen who could get obsessed over your weight, once a week is fine to keep tabs, I think.

 

 

I am very obsessive and very insecure. But I like checking my weight. What do you suggest?

I would recommend weighing yourself once daily, after using the toilet when  you first get up in the morning.  You weigh the least you will weigh all day at that time, and weighing in at the same time every day will give you as much consistency as possible, and set a routine. 

Also, because you're very obsessive about it, this gives you a set time to do it, and a reason to only do it that once every day.  Try not to stress it, but you don't need to weigh yourself any more than once a day.
