5 lbs. pork butt
2 c brown sugar
2 T Onion Powder
1 T Creole Seasoning
1/2 T Cheyenne Pepper
1 T Black Pepper
1 c Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 c Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c Chili Sauce
1 T Brown Sugar
1/2 t Dijon Mustard
1/2 c Granulated Garlic
1/2 c Paprika
1 T Dry Mustard
1 T Chili Powder
1 T Ground Cumin
1 c Ketchup
1 clove Garlic
2 T Chopped Onion
1 T Lemon Juice
1 dash of Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 c Molasses
1 T Liquid Smoke
