tiny waist and thick limbs?
over the past several months i have lost 40 pounds, I lost the weight by eating right and exercising (elliptical 45 min/weights 30 min five days a week). My problem is that I feel like I have lost all of the weight from my stomach and hips, but very little from my legs and arms. my waist is really trim while my arms and legs are thick and flabby. It doesn't seem to matter how much I work out it seems I doomed to be flabby. I am almost at my goal weight and I feel like I am on the road for a flabby thin body. I know you can't spot reduce but is there anything that I can do to help even everything out? should I do less cardio and more weights or vic versa? are there any particular exercises I should focuse on?
I am 21, currently weigh 138, on my way to 125 and I am 5'5.5 female
any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hey,
I'd think your exercise routine would do the trick. 45min cardio plus weights for 30min is great. Maybe those last couple pounds will come off your arms and legs. Focus more on toning them to tighten them up. Of course you would still need cardio to help lose the fat too.
My body type is opposite. I have great legs and arms but my stomach is a bit flabby. I hate doing crunches though and I rarely do! Keep at it you should see results soon!

I relate!!! I figured I am a size 8 waist size 10 hip and a size 12 thighs. I can wear medium sleevless shirts but have to buy large if they have sleeves. I work out doing cardio and weights. I have alot more to lose than you but wish it would come off the arms and thighs vs the chest and waist. My belly is a bit bigger than it should be too, but I hate the thunder thighs
have you tried kickboxing? My upper thighs/hips always carry the bulk of my weight. Kicking those last inches away is beneficial!
Well, I'm kinda in your camp. I feel I've lost a lot around the middle and my thighs (they used to be kind of fat all around but now they taper a bit more) but they are still very flabby.
I'm trying lower body exercises and adding bike and stairmaster workouts to my routine.
