Any tips to get me looking better in a bikini for my holiday in two weeks time??????
The last week or so, I haven't been eating the healthiest as I have been doing exams. Well unfortunately, I am leaving for a weeks holiday in Spain in two weeks!!
I will get my holidays tomorrow, so I should have plenty of time to exercise etc., but how much can I accomplish in just 2 weeks. I don't particularly want to lose weight, more to tone up a little (possible in 2 weeks???)
Has anyone any tips for cellulite, as for some reason my stomach seems to have been taken over by it lately??
I think I will eat very clean for these two weeks, cutting out all refined carbs (I know, I should be doing that anyway!!!)
Do you think if I ate 1350 - 1400 calories a day, plus eating back any burned through exercise I would look any bit more respectable?? I am nervous about being seen in a bikini, even though I will probably end up buying a tankini anyway!

I'm sure there are exercises you could do to get you looking a little more toned, but that's not really my area of expertise :). I'm not sure what your skin tone is like, but having a tan also helps you look more toned and trim. Maybe you could lay out a little bit before your trip. This would also probably be a good idea to get a base tan before you go to Spain, because you'll probably get a lot of sun there and you don't want to get super burnt! Make sure you don't overdo it though, you don't want to go on your vacation already sunburnt either!
With all that having been said, I looked at your pictures on your profile, and you are gorgeous! You don't have anything to be ashamed of, and I couldn't see any cellulite on your stomach! If I looked like you, I would wear my bikini with pride. Have an awesome time in Spain...it sounds like a ton of fun :)!!
Yeah, well I have a sallow type skintone that looks very pasty in winter and autumn, but tans easily, so you bet, once the sun comes out, I will defo be tanning up! That sounds easier said than done though, what with the incessant rain here! If the sun decides to pop its shy head out, I will take full advantage of it!

If you want to tone up your abs, just do ab crunches or sit ups. You can do about 3 sets of 20 (slow ones) every other day, and even if you don't have very much time until your vacation, I've found that simple sit ups can make a significant difference in the way you look and feel. :) Good luck!
Try drinking a lot of water. Sometimes my tummy looks bigger than it actually is because of water retention and I find lots of water makes me "pee" it out, lol.
i suggest googling it to get a diagram, but basically get into a press up position but support your weight on your forearms, contract your abs to make your back flat and hold for as long as possible!! seriously, its a killer!
I saw on TV that some spray tan places know how to shade your body to make your arms, stomach and legs look like you have muscles and trimmer legs.

You're 14 and are no where near over weight, it's pretty much impossible that you have cellulite.
And to give you a reality check, even Kate Moss has cellulite, you can't get rid of it, it is a sign that you are a woman, learn to live with it.
