Any tips on losing those final 3-5 pounds? They're driving me crazy!

Hi, there! I'm M, and I'm new to these boards... just wondering if ayone had any tips to break that plateau and lose those final 3-5 pounds?

Right now I'm 17, 5'4", 130 pounds, eat about roughly 800-900 cals a day (as a result of crash dieting, I'm trying to work my way back up) and exercise everyday for about 30-50 minutes.

I have no idea how to finally lose those five pounds! I've tried cleansing, eating raw fruits and veggies, amping up/changing my workout routine, restricting cals, and nothing been working!

Any help?

Slowly up those calories -- you are MUCH to restricted right now .  Check out your analysis section and look at your fiber -- you should be over 25 grams per day.   You could always go higher protein and less carbs  -- that sometimes works.  With some more specifics perhaps I could assist you some more.  But REALLY make sure your calories are the right ones and get yourself closer to the suggested calories levels!
