I've been doing really well with diet and exercise for almost a month, but this week work has been incredibly stressful and next week, I am traveling to the west coast. I found myself wolfing down fries last night - while it kept me near my goal (not too much over) and felt good at the time, it was not a healthy choice. I also find it harder to stay on the nose with my target calories, because I find the stress makes me hungry. Exercise in the flurry of activity has not been a problem. I am just worried, too, about how a spike in Cortisol might temporarily effect my study weight loss...
Any thoughts?

Don't expect yourself to be perfect and you won't be disappointed when you turn out to be human... :-) Stressful situations can throw you off balance or make you behave differently so don't berate yourself if you act out of character from time to time. If you're hungrier, eat a little more. BTW A few fries (or a piece of chocolate or a glass of wine) are fine as part of a healthy balanced diet and lifestyle.
Thanks for the support!
