REALLY tired
Has anyone else noticed that when they first started counting (I've been doing it for a whopping 3 days) that they were really tired? I'm wondering if it's the change in eating or if it's something else. Thanks!
Absolutely!!!! I remained tired the entire time I was eating 1200 cals. I upped my cals yesterday to 1400 and added alot more protein and waaaalaaaa! I feel much better! Not sure if it is the protein or the extra cals!
I too upped my protein and felt much better. What % of protien are you currently getting?
Very low carbs will make you feel tired too. Make sure that your meals are balanced.
I felt the same thing so i am trying to add protien ...but sadly the carbs usually come with the protien so be careful on your choices...but after that my energy level increased.. I also take an extra ginsing with my supper meal which helps as well to do my work out after work..that extra boost..
I read recently that your protein (in g) should be equivalent to 50% of your weight (in lb) to give you enough energy. I weigh 225 and try to get at least 90-100 g/day and I seem to have lots more energy. Getting off caffeine helped a lot too.
