I need HELP! I've got such a sweet tooth at the moment especially as im due on my period in the next couple of days and I'm soooo tired which makes me crave chocolate! what are good ways of satisfying my sweet tooth without adding a lot of cals on top?

I just made myself a v small bowl of porridge with some honey which completely satisfied my low energy mood, but i need a better way to keep my cravings at bay!

How about hot lemon/orange/blackcurrant squash - it's quite filling and sweet and if you have sugar free then no cals.

Erm, you could core an apple and microwave it with some cinnamon

Diet hot chocolate

A tsp of peanut butter and a few raisins

Anything take your fancy?!

 

oooh diet hot choc is a life saver....i deff need to make a mental note to get some. Thanks for the tips, i like the sound of the microwaved apple and cinnamon, i shall try that next time im craving!

go ahead and eat chocolate, dark chocolate though. at least 70% cacao i find is best. start low and work your way up the % if your not used to it. at such a high % of cacao you won't be able to each much, the potency is your portion control. plus the darker chocolate has more nutrients anyways.

 YUM! I am going to try this! I haven't baked fruit before but this really sounds so good!

I've recently bought bags of sugar free werthers candies that are only 40 calories for 8 pieces, and Im also addicted to low cal ice cream bars! You can also buy sugar-free/fat-free pudding or jell-o which is good too
