SO Tired - What´s Up?

Quote  |  Reply
I was feeling fantastic!  New to calorie counting, and definitely seeing results.  The best of which was glowing and feeling great.  Now I'm so freakin' tired I'm worried?  Could I just be fighting a virus or could it be calorie related?  I started at 1700, went down to 1100 (not hungry), then took the 1200+exercise burning advice and went back to 1600+.  Not only have I not lost, though not gained, I'm SO TIRED.  Any thoughts?

Love and Light,

I doubt if 1100 calories a day is enough.  Try using the Tools here to determine your caloric needs.  Also make sure your diet is very nutritious.
I was going through the same thing. Are you drinking enough water? Dehydration seriously saps your energy!
I felt the same way earlier this week.  I took a fews days off of counting cals.  I probably went over by alot, but now I'm well rested and starting to exercice again.

You might also be tired because your time of the month is coming.  I believe it's pretty common to be more tired than usual the days or week before your periods.

Good luck and get alot of sleep!
This happens to me too.  The sleepiness thing.  And I really feel like it is related to the change in diet.  But I know I'm getting enough cals and water, so I'm not sure what to do about it either.
