NO NO NO.... you wont gain weight, as long as your intake is less than your out put your wont gain weight. (1900-2050= -150) granted tomorrow you might weigh a pound more becase of salt consumption. I wouldnt suggest getting on the scale for a day or so, let your body wash out all the sodium.

um noo.. and teens need 1800 cals anyway to not starve themselves and thats if there sedentary

Oh and could you tell me please, how can I clean my body from salt??Is there any way to get rid from it?I'm going to get on scales on Wednesday, is that OK? And one more, if I eat around 1500-1600 calories everyday and sweets which will sit in this amount of calories, shall I gain the weight?

haha posts like this crack me up

idk , just something about the PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE and stuff =/ ha

i know your just worried but your should be more worried about starving yourself before you worry if your gaining weight because if if Starve yourself you will gain weight. PROMISE. Your body will hold on to what little food you give it and theres your weight gain. so Please just eat at least 1800.  2000 would probably be more ideal though.

No only because of one day diet you cant gain your weight. If you want to increase your weight so u have to take diet like today then only you can increase some weight.

I hadn't been starving myself. Just I've been intaking low calories. But I never starved myself.

I worried because I'm eating 1600 calories every day and anyway in 5 days I gained 1 kilos, why?? No answer...

Regards to everyone.

Thanks for your replies!

calories are calories whether you eat 1500 in M&M's or in a steak. the importance is which is more nutritious. Youll be fuller, longer on the steak than on M&M's and crap food. the problem with sweets are they will usually make you more hungry afterwards, making you eat more than you intended... try reaching for a granola bar, the heart smart ones are really good and have a good amount of fiber.

Sodium naturally gets washed out of the body with water; after you have a day high in sodium, you might find you gaid a pound or 2 on the scale, its just water weight. Youll find people on the website say to not weigh yourself after binging or after having a high salt day for that reason. the sodium will wash from your body after a day or so as long as you drink enough water.

your body naturally fluctuates in its weight, when your about to have your period you might gain weight. i usually gain a good 4 pounds but i lose it all after the second or third day of my period. its just water retention. its all your body chemistry in being a woman.

you may not think you're starving yourself, but your body thinks you are. teens' bodies need 1800 calories, just like everyone else has been saying. you've probably been gaining water weight, or your metabolism is slowing down because your body isn't getting enough food. eat at least 1800. you might gain a little at first but then you'll start losing again, trust me.

OKs, thanks very much! Your advices really encouraged me and helped a lot! I'll try myself on this spot! Oh, and tomorrow is the day, when I'll be weighting up myself!
