Walking a mile was murder just a few years ago. Walking a 1.5 miles works up a decent sweat but isn't a big deal now. My back hurt most of the time and my joints ached a lot. All of that is gone.

Good job! I am looking forward to hitting that mark again myself. I had lost down from 368 to 309, but with life and me not caring for a bit I gained back up to 362, which is where I am now. So my first little goal is 350. Ugh, I hated weighing in on construction scales. The first time I did that was at vocational rehab with the people standing around looking at me. It was humiliating. I'll never forget it.
Keep on going man!!! You'll be hitting 340 before you know it. Hopefully so will I. :)
