359 Today! - Finally in the 350's!

Quote  |  Reply
This is a big day for me I'm back into the 350's it's been like 2001 since I was in that range. Weighted on two shipping scales and got 358 on one and 359 on the other. I'll round up. Maybe just maybe by the end of the month I can be back on the balance scales. This is a major mile stone for me.

Had to share.

Later.

That is awesome! Wow since 2001! So that means you are starting to feel all of those awesome changes that comes along with weightloss. Whohooooooooo to you. Keep on going girl I love reading your posts!

Congratulations!!!

I love going under milestones like that - it's the best feeling in the world. Keep on going - think how good you'll feel on the next one!

xx

Yes, I've started feeling the benefits.

Walking a mile was murder just a few years ago. Walking a 1.5 miles works up a decent sweat but isn't a big deal now. My back hurt most of the time and my joints ached a lot. All of that is gone.

Thanks for the support!
You are an inspiration!

CONGRATS!!!

You gave me the motivation I needed to say "NO" to the snacks at work today.  You're proof that if we take it one day at a time we can all succeed.

Yay to you. well done, must be amazing to know you are achieving

You are awesome!!!!!!!  Truly motivational to hear!!!!!

YOU DID IT, TRAINWRECK!!! YOU DID IT!!!!! WOOWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!

I used to have to go to the health dept. to weigh with my mom... I KNOW that feels AWESOME!!!!

WOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!Laughing

Good job!  I am looking forward to hitting that mark again myself. I had lost down from 368 to 309, but with life and me not caring for a bit I gained back up to 362, which is where I am now. So my first little goal is 350. Ugh, I hated weighing in on construction scales. The first time I did that was at vocational rehab with the people standing around looking at me. It was humiliating. I'll never forget it.

Keep on going man!!! You'll be hitting 340 before you know it. Hopefully so will I. :)
