- Try and relax too, I hope you manage it!
- Not eat any more than I've already eaten/planned to eat.
- Enjoy my salad and dip the fork in the dressing, not just pour it all over
Do exercise.. update: i didn't :( and buy that exersise ball : update i did and used it to watch tv on instead of the chair :)
Buy a swimsuit and plan to go swimming this week. can't find one :(

I've found the best way to drink all my water :-)
I buy myself a big 750ml bottle of evian drink all that and then fill it up again with tap water or water from work. Voila an easy 1.5 litres.
And if i'm thirsty later i know i can drink more without me worrying i'm drinking Too much water..
Too much water? What is too much water? I drink a ton of water. Probaby 100 ounces and 120-140 when I work out. Is that too much?

i'm going to workout for and hour instead of the 1/2 hour i've done the last couple of days
feel so happy because my jeans that were getting to tight are now getting to baggy!
oh, how much water am i supposed to drink a day? i average between 150 and 200 oz. a day....can you have to much water??? i don't drink anything else!

Eat only when I'm hungry and stop when I'm satisfied.

:D I've done it before (last year October I was 116!) and I can do it again!
It may be a bit late, but...Today (and every day!) I'm going to:
- Eat between 1,500 and 1800 calories
- Not snack out of boredom
- Drink plenty of water
- Get some exercise
I've achieved all these so far! At 1,800 cals for the day and I've had about 2.5 liters of water. I'm doing pretty well so far. Been at this about a month and a half and I've lost 10 pounds!

When it is 45 degrees outside a public pool sounds very glam. I am graduating soon and have been looking for jobs in Hawaii, I would love to spend a year or two in a warmer climate.
Stay within my calorie limit. Eat a bigger breakfast, and decrease the size of my meals so that my dinner is the smallest, and not eat late at night! I am going to have salad for lunch and I am going to actually eat enough protein this time!
make myself go jogging AND do weights, not just do a few sit ups and call it a night.
(by "today" I mean March 4, because it technically is even though I haven't gone to bed yet)

my update: i finally got back in the gym after 3 skip days and i HAVE had the fruits & veg i wanted to yayyy!

I AM going to exercise! No excuses!! i did 30 mins which is better than nothing
