How many today?
Today I had an hour of exercise...so how much should I eat? On a daily basis I eat 1500... Does that mean today I should up my calories? Yes or no??? Or should I leave it at 1500?
I hear people say up then when you do, and other people say no because your body already got its nutrients....
So please help!!

Well if you are looking to lose weight then dont up your calories but if you want to maintain your weigh you can up them. It depends on how hard you exercised. Some exercise like running burns a ton of calories so if you ran like 6 miles you probably burned like 600 calories which in that case, you should add some more healthy calories to your food intake. But if you went walking and did a light workout and only burned like a few 100, no i dont believe you should up your calorie intake then.
