today was a good day

today i went out and purchased a few healthy dinners for the next couple of days and to my surprise they came pretty cheap, i bought some veggies for snacks throughout the day also a couple of other healthy foods, today i took in 905 calories and burned off 1004 and im also taking some diet pills to help me get kick started to today was a good day, im currently taking vitamins to help me get all the nutrients i need since i am dieting im worried about not getting enough nutrients so im hoping the vitamins help with that, im super sore from everything 2marro is just cardio then back to weights i do cardio everyday and weights every other im trying to keep a calorie count under 1500 so today i did very well with hardly any hunger, i stayed busy all day working out here and there it helps a lot with stress as well since today wasnt a very good day i had a lot of personal life problems today and working out helped keep my anger under check
