Today I will stick to my menu plan and get in some exercise.
Today....start feeling good about what I am truly trying to do....which is make me healthier and happier! Celebrate the little moments....not eating that thing you shouldn't or going out and giving your all to exercise....or just remember the U to which is you and read a book, take a walk or nap...anything that makes you a little happy!
Stay out of the donuts brought into work today; allowing me to stay in my calorie range today.
To only drink 1 diet coke.
Today I will put in a really good workout and not be defeated by looking at the clock and getting off before I said I would.....and eat well.
Today I will eat only ONE serving of the homemade chicken pot pie my mother has made just for me. This instead of my usual 3 servings!
I will eat only 800 calories today (before dinner) because I am going out to dinner for my BF's birthday tonight. I will also get in a walk today.
today i will go to zumba class and have a GREAT TIME!
I will try to stay below my calories for the day(1800). If if stick to my planned food for the day I will meet that goal. I have already met my goal of carrying and stacking firewood for two hours today.....amazing burn for that kind of work(pardon the pun) ![]()
amy- i used to be a diet coke ADDICT! i was drinking four or five cans a day! haven't had it for probably two years, now, quit cold turkey. good luck, mineral water really helped me!
I stayed within my calorie range. Goal achieved.
Good thing I didn't set the diet coke goal. It is ridiculous how much diet coke i guzzle.
The diet coke thing is big problem for me. I work shift work and dont really like coffee so the caffeine is essential to get through the nite.. Honestly didnt know it was such a horrible choice. I drink lots of tea but it doesnt have the same "effervesance" that diet coke does. lol
Today i will do my 45 minute walk to the town, burn off the calories and burn off the stress from work :)

Even though I'm really bored right now....... and am thinking about food.

My goal for the day is to not eat anymore candy and to make it to the gym. One serving of Peanut Butter M&Ms is enough for me today.
I'm totally sick today so my goal is to get through today with my baby. I have to watch her and I'm really in bad shape. I'm going to stay in my caloric zone and depending on how I feel, I may go for a quick walk but I may coddle myself and nap when she does and try to watch movies.

Also, what's so awful about diet coke? I had my first diet pepsi (or diet any soda...) in years the other day. 0 calories + caffiene (... a negative drink, as odd as that sounds) seems like a good deal to me... I was thinking of forming a habit not breaking one haha.
