Tofu Chocolate Mousse
I'm not a tofu fan, but this is wonderful! Here's the recipe, you can easily make it vegan if you use vegan chocolate chips...
14 oz silken tofu
3/4 milk chocolate almond breeze (soy or rice milk will also do)
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Heat the milk, melt the chocolate, add milk then tofu, blend using a hand blender (or a food processor), put in the fridge for about 2 hrs....It's so good and rich! I've also added some orange flavoring to give it a chocolate orange flavor :)
Any other add in ideas?

I had a recipe for peanut butter chocolate mousse but I can't seem to find it.
I'd suggest adding pure maple syrup, raspberries. mint or peanut butter.

I also tried making it with pumpkin, syrup, lime juice, and cinnamon and tasted mm just like pumpkin pie
