k before that you think that im just another person complaining about tofu and it being gross.. you are wrong, i actually really really like tofu:) its amazingly good, even uncooked like straight from the package! (kinda like cottage cheese or scrambled eggs)

but some of the firmer stuff contains almost 10 grams of fat per serving and only like 17 grams of protein, so yes it may be a healthy choice because it is good fats, but it makes each serving close to 200 calories which isnt too good when your counting... so i have a question: does anyone know of any higher protein, low fat varieties? (in canada!)

Presidents Choice has a low fat tofu that's pretty good, and comes in extra firm (my preference for cooking).  PC products are avaliable in stores (no frills, Extra Foods, SuperValu, Atlantic Superstore) all over Canada.  It has 3 grams of fat to 16 of protein.
